I'm debating ether to create a new one, or use this one to code it onto a framework. Anyways please leave some constructive criticism down below. 🤝
What is it with you people and the big text? Isn't 14pt text working for you?

Big text, especially in the main body is so ugly and annoying...
How can you use small text in the nav-bar and double-sized text in the main content?

Shrink the text down mate...

You've made a good color selection though.

One more thing to notice is the style you've used. The whole template is built and designed into flat-design style, but the buttons "Read More" are designed into Web 2.0 style. That's a bad execution there!

Good luck!
Yeah i'm from dutch I like this to much,
But me english not enough for understand this :P!
Yeah it is an odd blend of styles and the typography is lacking.

Since when is this a flat design? I see too many shadows in the design for it to be called a flat website. Even if it were, what's wrong with combining both trends together? I see plenty of professional designers incorporating some shadows into their buttons and it transitions quite smoothly.

To OP: I've realized over the months giving feedback to you, that you seem not to appreciate feedback and more towards defending yourself and your decisions, so I sense I'm not going to waste any more time with you.

I cannot take you seriously when you do not at least include pictures in the blank work boxes, because it gives off an impression you spent very little time on this design. So next time, include some sample works, even if it's not yours. It makes your website look better.[/u][/b]

I appreciate every little comment or feedback, I will fill in the blanks, work on the read more buttons, and even play with the typography in the middle section. Give me time man, I don't even have the time to reply! But no I understand where you guys are going, take it easy man. Like I said I appreciate the feedback im not a n00b who cries and complain your flaming hahaha. At least my thread didn't get buried like the past. To everyone who replied your feed back is respected and will be taken into consideration for an updated version! It only helps me get better! 🤝

How much would you charge for a web portfolio site?
I might let you design my website when it's finished.

Noooooo. Smaller text is horrible for today's web standards. If that's your personal preference, that's fine, but don't outrule text bigger than 14px nor 14pt because of functionality.
Man this is #bad. Text is so big, tagline is #bad. Glow line tab things under the menu text so bad.
