Just wondering if anyone got in on any weed stocks this week.
Many of these stocks are very low at the moment.
Do you guys feel that its a good area to get into?

I've found four publicly traded companies that deal with marijuana. I really don't like OTC stock, but I do have a strong belief that marijuana is going to become a very large industry like tobacco.

Very nice, Thats what I am thinking as well. Once everything in Denver goes well more and more states will follow suit and will be a booming industry I think.

I would like to issue a warning to members investing in the companies that sell or distribute marijuana, whether it's medicinal or recreational, you can still be pulled up on federal charges for aiding and abetting in the sale and/or distribution of a Schedule I narcotic.

The likelihood of this occurring though is most likely approaching zero.

Most brokers will allow you to trade penny stocks. You may be able to find a broker that specifically caters to penny stock traders, but I would certainly look into their legitimacy very carefully.
