Over this issue Steam has permanently locked my main steam account -
Proof -

I can and am willing to provide any proof over screen share (Not TeamViewer) Join.me is fine.

I can provide every purchase I've made on Steam and that the only recent removal of games is from him.
I disputed the payment because I was told this wasn't a illegal and after finding out it was I no longer want that stuff on my account, He refused me my refund and this has how far it has gotten.

Dark has accused me of possibly using Fraudulent methods on my own main steam account. Why would I start using those methods on such cheap games and during winter sale? Why not when the account was made a year ago?
I was searching for a cheaper price and it has genuinely bit me in the ass.

UPDATE UPDATE;
Steam has confirmed the gifts I received from him were fraudulent

You forgot the part about me agreeing to refund you once steam have replied and confirmed that the account lock was infact my fault. You couldn't wait though so you decide to dispute on paypal.
See I have told you this tons of times, another member had the same problem, he emailed steam and they unlocked his account without a problem. With you on the other hand, account was perma locked and they say something like you were using credit cards? Very strange, anyway full PM log would help the members decide if this is true or not.

But it seems as though you have something to hide there so i'll do it for you :)

Now here we can see, you just couldn't wait for steam to confirm it was infact my fault, as though you had something to hide? Strange, another thing is another user, same problem, same situation got their account unlocked without any issue.
All seems a bit odd, I have sold people games months ago and most perfect still.
If I was infact carding the games would be defiantly gone by now.

Seems like you are leaving alot out buddy, which is kind of odd I must say.

I was not willing to wait because there was never an issue till I had bought your games, it was obvious it was your fault.

I have nothing to hide other wise I'd be unwilling to share my screen.
I admit I was in a rush but that was because I wanted what I was entitled to. Do realize the gifts I had bought from you stated below it was fraudulent - SO do explain that?

I'm not worried one bit, I've already told them about your shop and hope something is fixed about it.
Out of every game I've bought in the past year why was it just the 5 games I bought from you?

Just seems odd is all im saying, you may have been sure the lock was my fault, but I wasn't and I wanted proof before refunding someone 40+$ lol
But, since you disputed, couldn't chill for a few days for steam to get back to you, I guess the only thing we have left to do is let paypal decide it.

There's also another thing to realize;
If I was using fraudulent methods, why didn't I just do the same to you?

To be honest, I wouldn't have waited either. Money is money.

I got scammed 240$ and the member told me to wait 3 days and I'll get it back. Fuck no, we dealt with the charge back immediately.
I'm sure there is a method to agree with the dispute so that the money is sent to me.

lol I wasnt asking him to wait for me.
I was asking him to wait for steams reply, I wasnt refunding unless steam guarenteed it was my fault.

Negative balance atm, only way I can refund if I add more funds in. Unless you canceled dispute and then I refunded myself.

There shouldn't have to be a guarantee, you got the money what did I get in the end? Nothing.
I provided proof it was in no way my fault, you did state you had already spent the money so it felt like you was just trying to re-gain the money to pay it back.

I'm not really sure how it can be his fault that all of the games you gifted him were removed.

I wasn't asking for proof it was my fault they got reemoved, i was asking for steams guarantee that the reason he got locked was because of me.
Pretty simple :)

And let's not forget his account was closed too.

lol it was a week after payment, im not going to keep the money for weeks to make sure everything goes smooth.
Also, there should have to be a guarentee for me.
I aint refunding shit until I have proof from steam obviously.
Not to mention, i offer a guarentee copy no problem, you said u didnt want them.. thats all on you.
This is a true dispute. Same thing happened with me when I bought from Dark. I bought a game, 2 days later it got removed for fraudulent purchase and Dark was telling me it was my fault for getting it removed.

I stated I would have taken them if it didn't come out to be of fraudulent usage, why would I want some fraudulent gifts I can't even activate? I can not buy games, use the market anything of that nature. So why would I want some useless e-mails?
