I read that many hackers can hack a facebook account or e-mail account of several persons. They hacked some facebook profile and twitter account of many company or normal people and VIP.

For example a groups of hacktivist hacked the twitter account of Skype Tecnology S.p.A.

My question is this: How the hackers can get facebook password or e-mail account? What are the methods that they can use to get a password?

I know some methods like keyloggers, RAT's, Phishing, Stealers but these techniques are very limited sometime because they require the user interaction.

They are not magical solution. You can buy the NSA supercomputer but those you have mentioned use above methods because that kind of servers are very protected and find a 0day is mostly impossible

It's social engineering and research. You have to find information on your target and manipulate [insert company here]'s support and the target as well.
