Hey, im trying to copy the wpscan folder from my virtual machine (Linux kali) to my host pc (windows 8), but i get this error from vmware:

You have attempted to copy one or more symbolic links to a host OS that does not support symbolic links. Canceling the copy operation.

how can i fix this?? i am using vmware workstation and ive installed vmware tools and its no problem to copy and paste or drag and drop files between the virtual machine and the host pc, but when i try to copy the wpscan folder to my windows host i get this error. ive also googled but i didnt found something helpful, so i hope someone can help me with this

I don't know what the problem is but you can upload the file online and download it on real machine.

yes ive already though about this too but this is too much work for a folder, whatever i wanna troubleshoot this problem, but thank you for your answer
