Changed in "Show Thread Options" to 150x150:

User Registration and Profile Options to 200x200:

Member List to 150x10:

I tried what it said on this thread:
http://community.mybb.com/thread-114371-nextnewest.html

your forum's current theme has a fixed width & fixed height for avatar images in postbit_avatar template - removing it fixes the issue ..

This is everything in postbit_avatar:

Code

<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$post['avatar']}" alt="" {$avatar_width_height} class="pbavatar"/></a>

How the post avatar looks currently:

Proof that it has not changed dimensions:

When I note [ <!-- --> ] the postbit_avatar, avatars disappear from the site.

I have tried re-uploading and hosting the avatar on imgur every time I change a setting.

Is there an other setting I forget to check? Thanks to anyone that can help in advance.

I must ask this ...
Are you sure that the IMG even is that big?
Those are just the Max. dimensions.

Avatar dimensions shows properly on profiles:

The setting is set to 200x200, but the avatar does not exceed that:

[Mr. Carter]

What sizes do you want to make em ?

Tho you can also make it like this,
<a href="{$post['profilelink_plain']}"><img src="{$post['avatar']}" alt="" height="xx" width="xx" class="pbavatar"/></a>
