also make sure you have
https://m.facebook.com/photos/upload/?st...line_story -> make sure you have &upload_source=timeline_story in the url otherwise. It will say Error "We fix this asap"....

Basically if you already created a facebook post -> you normally can't add a picture to it. You would have to delete your current post , and reupload a pic with a description.

This allows you to add a picture to an already exisiting facebook post

For the people that does not understand anything:

This adds an image to an existing post of yours. Let us say you post an update on Facebook. You forget the image. Then you go to that link with your post's ID and you can add an image to it.
