I just thought I would let all users know about this and I have not even contacted him directly yet, But this user who claims to be setting up botnets on offshore servers for users has been putting them on onshore servers.

I do not think that a user should be selling botnets and telling people that they are on offshore servers and really hosting them on onshore, Any more proof needed let me know!
