Hi all,
Is it possible to use hydra to bruteforce login form of website that uses JSP? In the forum I searched about hydra and most tutorials are about php scripts.(I may be wrong!).I've searched about JSP and found out it's similar to PHP but uses java language to generate pages etc.
In the login form if I click or hover on "submit" button it refers to address "www.xxx.xx/checkvalidation.do" something like this.Every click contains such pattern "www.xxx.xx/something.do"
The login username is known(as it's mine 😉) I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to know the password using bruteforce by hydra.Almost everybody says it's helpful to know PHP for website attack.I'm intent to learn if it's required for this site. But just now I'm considering this site only.
Reading my post I think you've already figured out I'm a total noob and forgive any faults of mine. Thanks all for your time.
