I'm wondering if I can open a black hat help desk that will only answer questions but not give information on physical black hat activity.

I will only teach it educational wise, not distribution.

It depends on how you're going to go about this discussion/answering stuff.
Since DBA means, pretty much everything black hat.

Either way, the answer will more than likely end up "no" anyway. Anything black hat related is off-topic and
non-allowed. Discussion is also prohibited. But, if you're considering things like e-whoring black hat, then it
just sort of depends. So define the questions/answers and then I'll let you know. ._.
