[Reborn Angel]

I am trying to run a sportvine instagram and I see these people that get like 18k followers with 10 post! Is it that they buy shouts then on from there or nahh? Let me know please

I used to follow people and than unfollow them.

But you can use alot of hastags, and post nice pictures. Get promoted, I don't know if you would get promoted for free, but you can always try.

A lot of people buy shoutouts to keep their follower count up, so maybe try that.
