This file does appear to be legit and not a virus, I scanned it on vt, hitmanpro, and malwarebytes and ran it in sandboxie, Vouch for this user : )

I can understand that, obviously you don't have to use that if you want, but honestly no need to worry it's just linked to a built in browser.

Yeah that geo locators setting might mean you need to enter the international prefix.
