Before you ask, YES i have used contact.php about a month ago and still no word and my phone's data is still being firewalled.

I have even tried witza.com/contact.php with no response back.

I have no clue what I should do next.

You can send him an IP, and ask him to review your phone services IP, but he may or may not unblock it. Sometimes they are blocked for reasons.

Also if you are using the Opera browser make sure the turbo setting is turned off. It's blocked by HF since it functions like a proxy.
