Checked it out, for first time its nice but u def need to start using asynch routines.
You use a while loop for all those names, thats screaming for UI freeze and the website might not awnser quick enough for the UI que to process.

So start google for "asynchronized" routines in vb.net

Code
Using wc As New Net.WebClient
      Dim resp As String = wc.DownloadString("http://www.minecraft.net/haspaid.jsp?user=" & Username)
      If resp.ToLower().Contains("true") Then
            'premium account
      Else
            'output response
      End If
      End Using

resp is never anything but lowercase, why would you bother with the extra method?

@OP: Refer to TheBarret's post to improve this immensly. WebClients have asynchronous support to help with the UI issues this likely experiences.
thanks! i am trying to learn this async stuff, and implement it soon!
