Hmm... it looks good. All I dont like is the text inside the boxes. Also, you should move "Payment" layer over the box layer - As you can see, the letter "y" is behind the line. I rate it 7.5/10

It's alright. I like the concept you were going for, but it was not executed correctly.
The boxes do not seem like they are large enough, but I like the little "slash gradient" design thing you have going on in there.

Might want to touch that up. :P
By the way, you misspelled "Accept".

It's good. I'd give you an 8/10. I honestly don't think the green goes well with the background, though. And the hint of grey line on the side throws my eyes off a bit.

you could make a little bigger also maybe make it pop so it catches your eye more

I have seen this thread design used before, Not saying you didn't make it just saying I've seen it used before in another thread. Unless you made it and gave it to that guy.
