I hate anime more than anything. What the hell is wrong with you guys?
Like, why do you like it? Can you explain what it is that you like about anime so much that it becomes a hobby?
I'm so confused. I don't even know where to begin. It's like cartoons in a foreign language right?
I seriously don't get it either. I have never watched it and really don't plan on it. It's like watching a cartoon.

No like I hate it. I hate anyone that watches it because they're usually hikikomori's and never go outside, just staying in all day, watching anime, never getting out. Like wtf dude.

You should actually watch it before judging. I personally don't watch it though. You have to think of it like if someone is gay, and maybe you like something different. We all have different interests that please us.

I watch it from time to time, it's just like any movie, or tv show that's not animated. Has a plot, it's all chronological, etc...
It's basically a story.
With that said I absolutely hate anime culture , it's led to me never telling anyone irl I watch anime. I don't like it, my HS used to have an anime club full of weirdos who would dress up and "express" themselves. It's all utter garbage, just enjoy the movie/ tv show and stop trying to incorporate the things you see in anime into who you are as a real person. Stop buying "death notes" and wearing weird gloves, stop being a fucking idiot, you aren't being different, you're being a jackass with no originality.
All of that said, I enjoy watching SOME animes, some of them are just plain stupid, others are thought provoking and true pieces of art. Just like any tv show, book, or other form of entertainment.

2. More attractive and charismatic characters
3. Most of the time, anime has interesting plots
4. I don't have any kind of social life
