While in the attempt to assist a member, I have stumbled upon another account of his.
The members' name is Dedicated007 (UID: 2215856) (LINK).
He had asked me to analyze a miner of his that he suspected was infected by a rat, so I proceeded to do so until I looked at his profile and saw he was a new member. So, as I do with members that don't have much rep to back them up, I began to think this may have been a sad attempt to infect me, so I began to look further into who this is. Long story short, he has had another account on HF that accumulated -10 rep and the way I know is that he used the same Skype.

PROOF:

Me talking to him on Skype-

He also has a account on [Censored] with a -10 rep.

As far as the possible RAT, the file proved to be "clean" from any code other than his own.

Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Please relocate if so.

Why is this criminal not incarcerated ! He should serve twenty-five to life for such a crime

Holy shit someone should do something! Think of all the innocents he has wronged

Just report it to a staff member about the problem he'll get banned.

I don't think it was necessary to make a community alert. I mean, how does it affect us? Just report him

I'm sorry but I'm just posting this because it's a attempt to work around the rep system which is against the rules. I'm sorry if this doesn't mean anything to you guys.
