I wouldn't say that is abusive personally, but you can forward the private message to an Admin if you wish: https://hackforums.net/showstaff.php
Also, go to his profile and press 'Add to Ignore List.' Quite honestly, you shouldn't be looking to hurt and argue with remembers. Report him if you're going to and move on. :)
