The theme vars at profile pages, (for example: https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=2202182) are not parsing under the "Additional Usergroups".

Or somebody used single quotes instead of double quotes. 🤫

You're right. Bizarre fact is that $theme is in global though. :(

Gotta track this down and fix it. I can't have a plugin error like that. :)
