Just simply wait for them to go AFK then use a demote desktop feature. Should be completely safe and untraceable, I recommend darkcoment's since you can black out the display while controlling.

I know how you can log in to the account without getting ''Steam guard'' thing. you'll need there SSFN files in their computer. If you got a rat on someone computer it will be an easy catch for you to take them.
