Yes, but you need his email address & email password. And when your victim change his steam password, you will get:
-New steam password
-Email address
-Email password

Before victim do that, you only know:
-Steam account
-Steam password

You can't bypass Steam Guard, if you don't know email address & password. 🎉

Sorry if I sound rude again, and I don't mean to be, but could you just clear saved passwords for their internet browser so they would have to relogin using their email and password? Or is steam an application itself?
(Sorry, I don't know what steam is and I'm too lazy to Google it :p)

There is a application version of Steam, which is primarily used. There is also a website for it. In the end you can just key log and get the e-mail username and password without them knowing about anyone having their password.

If you have them keylogged, you have there email.. this tutorial is not very good but +1 for effort I guess.

Good guide but if you have someone keylogged then you get the email also so what i do is this:

1. Change email details (Pass,security question etc)
2. Change Steam password (Via email)
3. Enjoy account :D (Most tricky part)
