What he said basically means he will not send you the money. That makes him a scammer and he even admittes it.

Why can't you just finish the deal and let him delete his thread afterwards? I'm sure Maple would close the thread until you sent him your part of the deal, because right now you're scamming him by not sending your pard of the deal.
