Before i used hack forums i was a daily user of hackforums and SE'ing was big with them and it worked really well, after they shut down i got recommended by a friend to check out hack forums but was disappointed to find out it had no SE'ing forums... What is the reason for this?

Ok grammar nazi... Im sorry i don't focus on using perfect grammar its 4:00 in the morning and i am lazy as fuck right now. But as for blackhat activity, that means? Illegal?

I understand it's 4 am, but you have to realize its 5 am for me and if you want a response that's serious on the thread, that means I have to read the thread. If it's difficult for me to read the thread, then I may not comprehend what he's saying. However, I figured it out and the price of me having to re-read it twice is me telling you that your grammar sucks.

I see, that makes sense. But at the same time it doesn't because when seeing the name hack forums one would be drawn to believe it would be a thriving hub of all types of illegal activity.
