How , with the tor source i can connect to the tor network (directly) without use tor.exe (bind to a port and send data to this port) ? i did not want to embed tor.exe in my project

Access the Tor network via Winsock, then reroute the connections to your custom browser, written in C I assume.

try a tor2web proxy then.... just set up a tor2web proxy
