Hello guys today i got electricity error and my internet and pc falls.
router deleted login information from internet provider. So when i start my pc i did not have internet conection i got some error and in this error was a link

Do you know guys what it says in this file ? it looks like some javascript which creating something :-) thx for fast respond

provider have nothing with this maybe ? :D i just think it is some virus in my pc which is sending something and when it does not have internet conection it get an error :) so i just ask if someone can read what this piece of code is doing

It is some type of ad ware, I recommend you install malwarebytes and run a through scan.

It isn't something that serious. :)
I think it tries to manipulate the style (CSS - Layout) of a website, it refers to this URL: http://download.icq.com/download/icq/ru?partnerid=487

Just scan it with MalwareBytes/Avast/Your own AV and you should be fine. ;)
