There is a wikipedia member, who apparently has editted a lot. And has brought an admin into the situation, so unless Hackforums.net has won an award by a note-able organization or program, the wiki won't exist.

The only way Hackforums can have its own wiki is if Hackforums has one an award.

Basically, Lunagron and I were accepted by Omniscient to work on the Wiki, basically create it.

Now we have this guy Drmies, who is a WikiWhore, and he has decided to ensure there will never be a Hackforums wiki. So he has marked it for deleted, contacted staff, reverted all of our add-ons, etc.

The admin basically said if the site has not won an award, it will not get to exist.

And i know omni is a large figure in the my-bb community, he could just pull a couple strings to get an official award.

It also depends on what wiki considers as a legit award, maybe ask them to give some examples.
