HTML Aligning

So,
At the footer for my forum I am trying to put our logo. I want the logo to be center of the forum description on the left and the links on the right. I can get it to align center, but I don't want it center of the table. I want it center based on those two objects.

Example:
Spoiler (Click to View)
It needs to go right more.

The code I have:
Spoiler (Click to View)
put your element into a table, then you can control the layout more precisely
How would you suggest I do this so that it still fits in the footer properly?
Maybe use some CSS to push it over to the right slightly?
Are you working with bootstrap? because of the spans,

If so i suggest the following:

<div class="row-fluid">
<div class="col-md-4>
about goes here
</div>
<div class="col-md-4>
logo
</div>
<div class="col-md-4>
links
</div>
</div>

align the about left
the logo centered
the link right

If you are working with bootstrap 2 change the col-md to span.

Otherwise you could use the float tag : .classname {float:left;}

on all 3 classes.

Hand in Hand, Kameraden!
