Welcome to Infamous newest recruitment thread. This time, the Innovation Department, a newly created group or sector, in the group is looking for new members. The qualities we look for are hardworking, innovative and active. Members who are unable to get in through previous recruitment are free to apply again. Members who are applying are also encouraged to put in effort into their application, as applications which are sloppy will be denied. The Innovation Department is a group of members dedicated to producing innovative ideas in the name of Infamous. We will be looking for people who are interested in marketing and creating products, as well as sharing our knowledge with one and other through our subforums. Members of the Innovation Department will also have access to Judge Dredd's Sponsored Member Forums (Judge Dredd's Personally Approved Products and Services).

We want members who are talented in their own field which will help increase the qualities of our innovations. People who are creative graphics artist, smart programmers or a great marketer are most welcome into this group.

I have been marketing on HackForums and other websites for almost a year now. I am very money driven, and this shows in my marketing practices. I love making investments, and love seeing the money roll in from the investments I make. I am experienced with dealing with customers, and have a great knowledge of the HackForums marketplace. From my business ventures I currently earn around $100/day autopilot, which in turn has seen me leave my part time job, and be able to support myself from online income. I recently had bit of a marketplace issue with me being given resale rights to an eBook that had been copyrighted, but I am currently working with the original owner of the eBook to make some sort of compromise for what has happened. I enjoy teaching, and learning from others new and improved ways of making money, and am happy to share my experiences with fellow Infamous members, if I were to be accepted into the group.

Currently all of my marketing is based off-site, through websites such as ebay. I recently stopped selling my eBook due to the issue I mentioned in the previous section of my application. I am currently on the lookout for more projects to invest in, and perhaps going to start looking into something being coded for me.

Why should we choose you over others?:
I believe you should choose me over others because of my determination. Anything I set my mind to, it will happen. Whether it be something simple as a small assignment, or developing a product to be sold.

Owning a RSPS, IMO, is marketing because I take this thing as it's my business. I spend my money, time and commitment into this, which is what a personal businessman would do. Why should we choose you over others?: Along, with my business skills, comes: Personal communication skills, where I can interact fondly with many members. Not just that, but, my people skills help me talk to those who desperately need someone to talk to. With all that I have been through, I know what it's like for someone to need a person to talk to. I am not the brightest of all people, my skills aren't amazing, however, I am a dedicated individual. You will not regret having me as one of the 10 you accept. I have been inside Brotherhood since it started and I am still in it, which is a great example. I really hope you accept me.

Experiences in marketing, programming or designing: I have been doing graphics design for a few months, started back in mid or late January 2014, I wouldn't consider myself a pro, but an experienced amateur, meaning I got some knowledge in the structure of design, but I don't fully know everything about it. I got many years ahead of me before I can consider myself experienced designer. I got some of my best work so far in the examples. Ive worked from thread designs, signatures, and other. I worked with web design a little bit, but don't got much experience in it. I make from flat and non flat designs, all from scratch, from a simple text to something magical.

Why should we choose you over others?: I am a hard worker when coming towards anything interesting in mind. I guess trustworthy, don't think it will even effect anything in this app, Im sure others got more talent than me, so they deserve to be chosen, but I got a positive attitude most of the time. I hate this question, so you can decide. Creativity is where I stand. Im pretty dedicated in some situations, but when coming towards creativity with designs, then I am almost never a slacker at work.

Scratch that on some things, I can be lazy if like an assignment is placed on the wrong day or time. But most of the time I work for it.

Why should we choose you over others?: Why? Can't say, because I'm not the best of the best of the best. I'm just good at what I do. I don't boast a-lot and I tend to do things seriously when there's a need for it. I always love to help others and adore browsing around at css-tricks (although some of the contents are outdated). I am also pretty much good at researching (or Googling, whatever you call it), as it helps me 50-70% of the time while I code. Only thing different about me than the others (like wayyy different) is how my personality goes. However rude or pissed my client/friend/prostitute/contact is, I always tend to stay relaxed around at serious moments and always attempt to chillax (chill + relax) them. I'm no different than the other coders in terms of motivation, hard work and research, to be frank. Programming could be a competition, but coders aren't meant to compete for the best. They are supposed to work together for the best, and that's how I was nurtured :)

That's all I can differentiate, although I come under the notion that all people are equal and no human is better than the other, just that it depends on how motivated and hard working they are (so tbh, I did have difficulty answering this question).
