Colours and effects are nice.
Composition is terrible. Don't centre the render and don't let his head get cut off on the top.
Borders are also unnecessary.

You can do some research on it. It is basically positioning things so they are pleasing to look at.
Right now you are having people look right at the centre of his chest and not drawing their eyes anywhere else.

Centering the render is a bad effect on the flow most of the time
As bme said, the current compo makes us look at the chest of the render mainly
I'd work more on lightning if I were you, the render looks dark even though the stocks in front of it should lighten it up, the render is too dark

I do like the colors though, I'd consider removing juust a few 'sparkles'
