So i'm suggesting this kind of thing so if someone have a scam report open on them and a staff or a big amount of users can vouch for the scam report to be legit then the user will be banned from the marketplace for (hours/days/months).

See that is impossible because some people are here just for the marketplace. People just need to pay attention to what they are doing when dealing here on HF.

That is like saying "Don't use a bank as they have a very slight chance of being robbed".

I've used the marketplace before and have never been scammed, however there are some bad eggs out there.
