I was looking through my computer and found an old batch file, that hides files.
Overview:
You open it up, it creates a folder, you put your files you want to hide it, the program closes. You then reopen program, it asks you if you want to hide the folder. if you say yes, it hides the folder, then the program closes. if you say no, the program closes and the folder stays there. if you have the folder hidden and you reopen the program again, it asks for the password, if you input the correct password, the hidden folder is shown, if not, it closes.

Notes:
If someone tried to edit the locker batch file, they could find the password of the locker then gain access to your access folder.
So i suggest getting a batch2exe file converter
The default password is: LOCKEDLOL132 😝
Features:
This locker hides the stuff very well!
Warning:
Where ever the file is placed, it creates a folder there. So if you placed the batch file in a different directory, it creates a new one. So try not to move the file around a lot.
