View your junked threads

I think you should be able to view YOUR threads that have been junked. Like how the rep abuse forum use to work. Go to junk section, and you can view your threads. It could come in handy sometimes. Especially, if you need the thread design or something. Or, it may have been junked on accident.
I agree, who knows what will happen, but great suggestion. You have my support.
I do not think this will pass, once you junk your threads, it warns you of doing that action, aswell as reminding you that once junking it, there is no going back. I don't think this will pass.

It's not a waste of resources. They are stored on the server anyways. It doesn't matter if you can see them or not. Look in your post activity. You'll see junk.
That would be something cool to see, I vouch for this.

Sometimes, shops reopen, and don't have the code from the last one. Or, the vouches.
No, this is a terrible idea. If I junk a thread or someone else junks a thread it obviously wasn't material for HF.

As for the thread layout, you should save the design beforehand.

I know, but sometimes people make mistakes, or a staff member junks unexpectedly. I'm pretty sure it's not hard to turn this option on, if I remember right.

Only you will be able to see it, so it won't matter really.

Staff do not junk unexpectedly, and if a mistake was made you can always message a Staff member to find out why that action was taken.

I understand what you mean, I'll see where it goes.
Omniscient actually considered this before, not sure if he really wanted to go through on it still.

It is an interesting thought. I mean it would allow members to see what the thread was junked for, and they could possibly revise it if possible to be more HQ so it won't be junked. Also there are 2 junk forums, one for staff and one for Ub3rs I think, so I think it would be nice if it was at least for Ub3r Junk.

Well, I'm not sure. You can't view either of them I know.
They get junked for a reason, I don't see a use for this sorry.
This is an interesting idea. However, there are other options you can use to retrieve a thread design.

Go to Google and type in site:hackforums.net "yourusername" "some keyword from the thread" "another keyword from the thread"

For instance. If I was to find my award whore userscript by using Google, I would type this:

site:hackforums.net "Snorlax" "award whore" "userscript"

First result:

Then you press the little arrow and press cached. It will then give you a cached version of your thread. I've seen Google cache some threads years back.

I see no use for this, other than checking if one of your threads has been junked by a moderator.
This is a bad idea, I'm not sure if Omniscient already does this but then you'd need a separate button for Ub3r Junks and a separate one for moderator Junks, it would suck for Mentors/sectional moderators/staff and it seems unnecessary overall. Junk is basically delete, but not permanently removed.
