I've literally got a list of hundreds of thousands of working SSH servers in the format user:pass:hostname ... What are some cool things I should do with them? I honestly have no ideas... Looking forward to hearing what you guys think!

You could use them all in a botnet, you could use them for ssh tunneling, you could use them to store files, you could sell them, and so on.

Make sure you check the honeypots for honeypots.
