Alright so I'm trying to get into a gambling affiliate program that involves sports betting. I'm working on a website to get in but its gonna look like shit, I'm no good at web design and I dont have the money to invest at the minute to have someone make me a site.

To make things short, are there any Affiliate Marketers out there that know ways to get in without a website?

Note to mods: Sorry, cant delete the other thread :/

Your best option is to make a site, it can have a bad design.
All you need to do is boost the traffic ratings a bunch by using bots, most affiliate programs only care about traffic.
