its a theme, it doesnt "do" anything rather then make your form look pretty.

I wouldn't go as far as to say it makes it look professional, But it makes it more appealing to non programmers 8~)

I know my eyes arent that good but i have trouble reading it, the contours are to bleached.

This is not Banksy's theme. It's the metro theme.

http://thielj.github.io/MetroFramework/ - I presume this is what Banksy used for his crypter GUI but as it seems, his listview is custom.
