How do i get an account/login on websites requesting a login?

I believe this was possible with some add-on in FireFox. HTML headers something or TamperData. I'd lookup a tutorial on Youtube if I were you.

Try brute forcing them with a password list and the username either root or admin.
You can do so with Hydra.

You need a brute-forcer for that! :)
A brute-forcer tries a lot of possible password/username combinations at once, but it can still take up-to a week before it works.
And you need a really good PC for this! :)
