when your on your phone, go to www.ip-tracker.org and look at what is already in the box, go to another website, or search "my ip" on google, or bing.

Towers don't have a single IP assigned. They often have a pool of IPs to use and refresh every so often. If you tried to attack the tower, you would simply end up with wasted time and effort. Cell towers have gigabit connections commonly, with some even being lucky enough to receive dedicated fiber lines reaching over a gigabit. You would need one hell of a DDoS attack to even manage to duplicate a standard load. Hundreds of connections can be made to a single tower without problems. Think of a football game and how many people use only a few towers. That can literally be 40,000 people all in one spot using only a handful of towers.

Download skype on a phone and connect via that network with wifi turned off. Resolve the skype. Yes it works.

Mehh. A cell tower is runned by huge companies with A LOT of money. They have access to big and protected servers. Attempting to ddos them will:
A. Probably get you in trouble
B. Probably wont work depending on your power.

That wouldn't even come close the being able to knock down a cell phone tower.
Like said above 40,00 people using a few at a time. That would be more stress than a 5-10 GBPS booter can pull.
