Basically if ever it sleeps, when I turn it back on it has just restarts completely. It cannot sleep.

I looked it up and it's due to the windows 8.1 update and a driver issue. The issue is no matter I do it wont fix it. I disabled the driver, put new drivers, updated drivers. Still the same crap keeps happening.

Are you sure it's the issue ? To me, it just seems that your Sleep Mode isn't set correctly.

I seem to partially have this issue. It's random where sometimes when I hibernate my PC, it either hibernates properly or just shutsdown.
