So, when I'm trying to "Help on symbolic name" I get this error. I've chosen the win32.hlp file but it still doesn't work... (Img below)

I did some googling etc and I found out that it might be caused by the error from comdlg32.dll file but I can't find any fix for it...
I started to learn how to crack yesterday but I noticed that I really need this for learning easier.
Please help me! Thanks!
