Right now since I am a relatively new member, I can tell that I am not eligible for ub3r, yet I intend to upgrade if approved / when I have became a Higher Quality member. So to start off I'd like to know the requirements to be approved for ub3r, (if possible). Second of all I'd like to know how to find out if you can be approved/apply. Also this may help any other curious members.

Please help since I am still not 100% aware of all the stuff on the forum.

I've applied and waiting to see currently lacking rep but my posts per day are good and also I just help people and be HQ so we'll wait and see
