Ok, so there have been so many people on both Crypter sales and other threads complaining about detections and not being able to get their file FUD even if the Crypter advertizes that it is FUD. This is either due to non-legit assembly info or a Low Quality or detected Icon.

What kind of Anti Virus detections do we class as generic? Well look out for these detections (some are shown below): Generic, Strictor, Luhe.Fiha, Zusy, Barrys, Kazy (sometimes) and a smattering of others.

So here goes! How to get a FUD icon:

The most common way to get icons is by going to iconarchive.com or some other icon download site. So how do we get a FUD icon? Use a method that not many people use of course! Ok so first off here is a scan of a Crypted file with a detected icon:

1) Go search for an icon that is NOT in .ico format (Use google images) e.g. "Spotify Icon" <-- Can be .jpg, .png or whatever!

EDIT: Try to get an HQ icon (e.g. at least 250x250px or larger!)

2) This should do:



3) Right click and hit "save image as..."



4) Call it whatever you want

5) Go to this site: image.online-convert.com/convert-to-ico

6) Click "Choose File" and then open your png icon:



7) Now click "Convert File"



The newly created .ico file will be downloaded and then you can use THIS icon with your crypter!!!

Nice tutorial, never thought about Icons themselves being flagged but it would only make sense. Will have to try this once I am all setup.

I knew about icons being detected, but never though it would go off of a icon only.

It's called a high quality icon, which would bypass some minor temporary detentions.
Good tutorial though.

ill definitely send some newbies here, I got complains almost every days for not being fud because of icon/assembly, yet I explain in my tutorial about this, thanks for the thread !

it sounds stupid but yes changing the icon removes alot of detections. Make sure that you choose a HQ icon to get the best result.

Yeah that's an important note, try to get one that is at least 256x256px !!

lolz i dont think this will help beacuse i use many icons even i creat my own icons which must bi not detect but rate not nill well i am newbie i will also try this and tell you futher that its works or not

I literally have no idea what you just said, apart from 'it won't work'....It will only work for GENERIC detections...
