Alright so I clicked view new posts there was a thread from a user named JessicaL. They posted a few screenshots and wanted to deal off site for a method on RSGP. I posted on the thread pointing out the obvious scam.
Note: If you don't like the fact that screenshots are gyazo. I don't give a shit. Unlike most of these reports mine actually has a user admitting it.

So I saw they provided their skype username:

I then googled their skype username:

I saw their username: Alvrezno501. I decided to look and see if the username was on Hackforums.

I clicked the thread on HF.

Clicked the username for Dynamic IP viewing the RS section.

I then PMed the user asking what the deal and gave him a chance to explain himself. A PM you don't see are the screenshots I sent him.

He then admits he tried to phish members of HF.
