Im looking for anime like Phantom Requiem, and Black Bullet ETC
It should at least contain alot of epic fights and assassins c:

So many badass gunfights in Black Lagoon it's not even funny, I'd use that. You could also use tons of scenes from Evangelion, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop, and anything made by Gen Urobuchi. There are a lot of shows you can pick from that have their moments.

Good luck, I think it's a worthy cause and despite my belief this thread will most likely be deleted in my experience of posting a huge list in recommendations (which are deleted after I give them :() I'll give you just a single recommendation.
-Jormungand (Fast Paced Music with lots of action when it happens) it matchs the situation and the characters are great. It even has some moments where the music fits with revelations into complex problems. even a soundbyte of main character's hmm-hmm would be worth it haha, dunno who did it but they nailed it.
I would of given 2 but cause it was an epic intro music that sticks in your head but can't remember it without looking through all my shows and like I said not going to give that much effort.

And about music?
Well Skillet is used To much i also used their songs in my AMV's
The same goes for Thousand Foot Krutch, i want some music that's good but more underated
Like 7 Days Away , its way to underated, but still realy good music,
So thats kinda what im looking for new anime and new music ^^
