I have my Windows server setup but I can't connect to it with Remote Desktop Connection or VNC. What do I do now.

You need the VNC website in your security settings added to trusted.

  1. Go to start and look up "Configure Java".

  2. Select the security tab

  3. Select "Edit Site List".

  4. Add the VNC website URL.

Would be great to see my CPU/RAM usage to see if I need to upgrade.

-- Edit: Half way doing a few things I get logged out and can't log back in for a few mins. Seems as if the VPS turns it self off, IIS isn't even working when this happens.

The CPU/Ram usage can be monitored from your Task Manager.

Regarding the VPS turning off, have you activated your windows using the online method? If you forgot to do that, the VPS will go down in like every 30 minutes. You just have to click at "Activate Online" and you will be assigned with a license.
