I was thinking about opening a Skype resolver API service here on HF, I know there is a few but most have a decent amount of down-time, or they resell off other APIs. The resolver itself won't be a 100% BETA resolver such as SpeedResolve but would be more a long the lines of a semi BETA resolver getting about 80-90% of Skype users IPs. Do you guys think there's still a market here for them?

I don't see why not, Most of the current APIs have either been abandoned or don't work anymore.
