Hi Hf!
Im In desperate need of help..
The pixelation on this picture is killing me >_>
I need to make the outline and edges look smooth on this picture.

None of the crappy junk around the side :/
im trying to make it look like this

and my problem is that I need it to read what the first picture has.
If anyone is wondering , Im trying to make a nice version of it because I intend to cosplay "Striker Ezreal" for Pax Aus.

I have tried Feathering and blurring the outsides but it seems to just remove the white in-between each line.
How do I go about doing this?

You know you spelled RIOT wrong right? I don't understand. But honestly you can use a Eraser tool to do this in the future.

It will look funnier on my cosplay with "Rito" Instead of Riot :D
