Hey there, I just purchased the cyber seal crypter and I am looking to either get a keylogger or a RAT to steal targets passwords.

My very basic method is to bind the keylogger/RAT to a .jpeg file, crypt it, upload the crypted file to a file sharing site, and have my target download said file through social engineering.

Now, should I go for the keylogger or RAT route? and why?
-for keyloggers, im interested in predator pain or cyborg
-and for RAT's, nanocore's looks pretty sweet and has a built in keylogger.

Go for a rat, splash out on a decent rat, or if its your first time try using Dark Comet to get a feel of things. Then use a free key logger. There are a few around here that do the job, then just bind the logger to the rat.

Well i would always prefer a RAT because u can do more things with a RAT than a Keylogger, but if u realy just want to steal the passwords from your targets it would be enough if u have a good keylogger.

So it always belongs to what you want to do.

I would prefer a RAT, because it's much better than keylogger. Usually keylogger is included in RAT, so you basically have a keylogger with other cool features. You can even get their saved Google Chrome passwords, and even watch their desktop. As I said, I would definitely go with RAT since it's just a keylogger with other features.

Go for a RAT in almost every scenario. RATs have so many features (check out KnightRAT to see a huge list), and can do everything you're looking for and much more.
You won't regret it.

RATs are much more fun to use, I'd prefer a RAT like Darkcomet, ProRAT, or KnightRAT.
