DO NOT DELETE SNAPCHAT ACCOUNTS TO PUT THE USERNAME ON FRESH ACCOUNTS.

Did a deal with someone, and did the same routine I always did when dealing with putting Snapchats on a fresh account by deleting them, and making an account with the username really fast.

However, it said the username was taken already.
So I had thought that the person selling me the account was sitting there waiting for me to take it, or some random person turboed it or something.
When I went to my Snapchat to send it a Snapchat, it said: "Couldn't find ***"

I think that it deleted/permanently banned the account.

EDIT:

I gave this user a Snapchat account to make up for the bad deal, and he deleted it to put on a new account, and it's gone now.
I only do deals onsite through PM's/Contracts.
I do not use Discord, or Skype, or talk to members offsite whatsoever.

Are you sure it doesn't just take a little bit to register in the Snapchat server that the username is infact not used anymore?

It's been around 18 hours, and it's in the same condition it's been.
