It contains lots of information regarding how to remove a youtube video.

My HONEST review after reading this e-book word for word:

Grammar: The grammar was on par for this, I would rate it a 7/10. It
is still easy to read and understand.

Uniqueness: This method isn't all that unique I have seen it before in separate forms,
despite the fact it does work I would rate it a 6/10.

Overall: The ebook overall does indeed work, and will indeed take down certain videos (not all of course)
However the method is semi-public but the OP describes it well and it is easy to understand.
For a new user to these sorts of these it may be a good option.
OVERALL RATING BEING: 6.5/10
