Hey guys,

So i think everyone updated their game and are suprised with all those additions and improvments, right. But on thing that suprises me more is the 4th Mortar.

Here i made a list with Pros and Cons of the 4th Mortar :

Personally, thought the current defensive buildings available to TH8, 9 & 10 were fine - there was no need to add the 4th mortar. I don't agree with it's better because bases can be symmetrical and the mortars are now even. I think it will make it much harder for people to gain resources, which is already annoying, certainly those using farming troops such as Arch & Barbs. It will make it harder for people to take loot from you, although make it harder for you to take loot. Being TH9 halfway maxed, I don't get attacked and lose a lot of resources often and this 4th mortar will just make it increasing harder to get resources which is already time consuming when you need 7mil gold for an Xbow.

Only issue is that now everyone will have to change their base. I'm glad they added it, but now I had to re-design my base according.

I think it'll just make it harder, like the BARCH attack method will fall a little bit but not too much.

Honestly, they had to add it. They are adding new troops and adding higher levels troops so they need defenses to level them out. PEKKAs, archers, barbs and golems all just got a new level and increased stats. So, to make it fair, they needed to level it out wih a new defense.

this, they have to make it balanced so it is not so easy to raid and boring and not too hard to raid, that's what makes CoC better than any other strategy game.

Yea as i mentioned on the pros list, the game becomes more challenging 👍🎉

It'll make raiding a bit harder, but now it's a lot better. No more triangle formations. 😝

One of the youtubers hinted that it would be coming about a month or so ago. It doesn't affect me at all since I farmed with loonion but it has a much greater impact in war for people who try to lure the cc troops out. The skelly trap was by far the game changer here though.

There are pros and cons no doubt about that. New style for base. Harder to loot but won't make a huge impact for people seeking trophies. Yes, It'll be a bit harder but they set the 4th mortal for new troops etc. As mentioned before my post, They have upgraded to lvl7 troops for arch too. The only bad side for us is it's harder to farm and it's getting ridiculous to find good loot these days it's killing me. It only starts at TH8 though, so it's still fine from what I can see.
